6 months, 2 weeks ago US-SAS - Feb. 14th, 2014 09:09 EST (GMT - 5) Web Conferencing could not launch on server ssva01. The cause is under investigation. Users trying to launch a session on this server would have seen a Connection Failed: Direct Call to Direct ssva01.bbcollab.com:2187 failed. Error message. Please have all users close the session and try launching it again if you experience this issue. US-SAS - Feb. 14th, 2014, between 12:05PM and 12:46pm Eastern (GMT - 5) a partial service disruption due to a network event was noted. Users may have been temporarily unable to login to sessions, may have lost connection to existing sessions, and may have had issues with telephony. Users were able to retry and log back in successfully. Web Conferencing is currently available.

1 year ago Information 12.5.3 was successfully deployed to NA-SAS today. This deployment did not involve any down time and will only result in a small download for our translation users. This deployment resolves the lack of "record" button for some clients and translated UI for recording playback.
